Full time

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Japanese Interpreter.
• Experience as a translator in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Able to speak Japanese fluently and have certificate JLPT N3.
• Able to translate Japanese - Indonesian and Indonesian - Japanese for meetings and communicate with expatriates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Description:

• Monitor and analyze parts inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Forecast parts demand based on production schedules and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
• Conduct Daily Check Control of Spare Parts and any Spare Parts items in Parts Center that must be checked / controlled at least once per month or Random Check 1: 5 (1 item sample versus 5 items of existing Stock).
• Interpreting work activities involving multiple languages (Japanese, English, Indonesian), e.g. meeting, briefing, discussion, and interview. The field is mainly regarding Product Support, but field aside from these may also be supported, if necessary.
