Parts Advisor

We are looking for someone to join our busy team to assist with stocking, sales, and service.
We sell Used and New Tractor and Machinery Parts as well as Import, Retail, and Export Tractors and Machinery.

Experience in Parts, Warehousing, Stocking, Computers, and Logistics would be an important advantage.
Knowledge of Tractors, Mechanical, Agricultural, Construction, and Plant will be desired but not essential.

Duties:

1. Sales, Stocking, Shipping, Striping, Seeking, Fixing, and Sorting Tractor and Machinery parts used in our used stock or new parts.
2. Stocking the spare parts.
3. Organising the spare parts and shelves.
4. Assisting customers to find the correct parts.
5. Sorting parts orders for collection for delivery worldwide.
6. Identifying spare parts and sorting them for the shelf.
7. Advertising parts on various websites.

Necessary Attributes:

1. A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
2. Willingness to work as part of a team.
3. Mechanical Knowledge / Skill set.
4. Category B Drivers Licence.
5. Diligent and Organised in all aspects of work.
6. The ability to pay attention to finer details. Very important when comparing and identifying parts.
7. Problem Solving and ability to work well under pressure.
8. Open mind to learning new techniques and information.
