Partnership Operations Freelance

Responsibilities

• Expand partnership outreach for media sales.
• Plan and explore ways to reach our potential partners for media sales.
• Strategize the priority in engaging potential partners for media sales.
• Ensure our ideas and value proposals are well communicated to our potential partners.
• Fulfill monthly set target for media sales. This role is rewarded heavily on a commission basis.
• Maintain collaboration with our partners.
• Able to assist in managing relationships with our partners.
• Collaborate with our marketing team in discussing cross company collaboration related to media sales.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in partnership, coming from media agency is a must.
• Experience in building new relationships and maintaining relationships with third parties will be beneficial.
• Accustomed to making written documents such as presentations or summaries as a medium to communicate with third parties.
• Familiarity with using Google Suite and experience in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work persistently.
• Enjoy communicating with third parties both written and verbal.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, also being a service-oriented person. Fast response is a must.
• The role involves a high level of independent work, including keeping track of updates from partners and maintaining partners' PIC without direct supervision.
• Able to think creatively, with attention to detail and ability to ensure content accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of marketing or product promotions.
