We are an AI Fintech company specialized in assessing credit profiles of consumers in emerging markets combining pioneering AI with large alternative data sources. In 2020 we reached our ambitious milestone of credit profiling 1bn consumers across Vietnam, Indonesia, India, and the Philippines - and building a platform for the wider industry and the financial services industry in particular to provide the 'un & under' served access to credit. How you will make an impact in this role

As a Partnership Manager at Trusting Social, you will be responsible for leveraging the resources and capabilities of Trusting Social with external partners, which can expand both parties' reach or offer new products and services. You will identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and manage relationships to ensure mutual benefits and fulfillment of partnership obligations. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our market presence and delivering innovative solutions.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within telecommunications companies, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Collaborate with Telco and internal teams to track and report on key success metrics for partnerships, business development, and project execution.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities that align with Trusting Social's strengths and address Telcos' challenges and growth objectives.
  • Coordinate responses to Telcos' 'Requests for Information/Proposal,' identifying opportunities to advance Trusting Social's goals.
  • Work with external partners to explore and develop new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Identify and assess potential partners based on business needs and strategic goals.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and obligations are met.

What you need to have

  • Possesses 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnership, or account management, with a background in fintech or e-commerce being advantageous.
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, showcasing effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Embraces change with a flexible and proactive approach, taking initiative and driving projects forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Displays a keen interest in the fintech ecosystem and financial markets, particularly in emerging markets, to support strategic objectives.
  • Has a strong drive to learn and achieve, with a hunger for growth and adaptability to new initiatives and directions.
  • Utilizes data-driven insights to make informed decisions, enhancing strategic outcomes.
  • Demonstrates excellent fluency in English.
