Partnership Manager

Job Description:

1. Analyze the market and develop partnership strategies to enhance brand awareness and business growth.
2. Develop and establish strategic partnerships for event collaborations with other companies.
3. Design collaborative event concepts that align with business needs and objectives.
4. Lead and manage partnership projects to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
5. Identify opportunities and build strategic partnerships to expand business reach.
6. Oversee the entire event process from planning and execution to evaluation.
7. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth event execution.
8. Prepare proposals and negotiate partnerships with potential collaborators.
9. Ensure events meet participant targets, budget, and quality standards.
10. Analyze event outcomes and provide evaluation reports with recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in event collaboration, event management, or business development, particularly in B2B.
3. Proven experience in managing B2B events involving multiple companies and business gatherings.
4. Experience in organizing events from scratch within the last two years.
5. Strong network with various companies and organizations.
6. Understanding of marketing strategies and brand awareness through events.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
8. Creative, proactive, and well-organized with strong time management skills.
