Partnership Intern

About The Role

You will be part of the partnership team led by the Partnership and Business Development Senior Manager who will provide overall guidance and direction. You will work directly with government agencies, program partners, internal GoTo, and closely with the rest of the Foundation’s team. You will play a role in developing, managing, and tracking partnership activities for GIF and programs.

• Support the team in monitoring trends and insights to source potential partnerships, especially in the following areas:
  1. Growing Indonesian talent in vocation and education.
  2. Waste management and reduction.
  3. Climate change.
  4. Tech development.
• Document and track project and partnership progress.
• Assist in generating creative ideas to develop engaging storytelling content and solid key messages for the organization’s external engagement with governments, partners, and donors.
• Assist in coordination with working levels at government agencies, partners, and the internal team within GoTo Group to develop and execute project and partnership activities.

• Final year student (no more in-class study) or a fresh graduate from a reputable university, majoring in social science, especially political study, international relations, social anthropology, and public policy.
• Motivated to create a positive impact in the socio-economic environment and beyond.
• Previous experience in managing projects involving activities such as writing proposals, tracking and implementing projects, and writing project reports.
• Experience in organizing events or working in a division/organization dealing with sustainability would be an added advantage.
• Experience in engagement with government officials or private sectors would be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technical environment.
