Partnership Affinity and Direct Business Specialist

Job Summary:

• Develop and implement administrative processes to support partnership cooperation with the bank, ensuring seamless BAU requirements.
• Manage Partnership Affinity business related to Travel Agents, facilitating daily requests for Travel Insurance services.
• Coordinate project timelines based on partner expectations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support administrative processes, product purchasing, and reporting for Direct business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escalate administrative processes for Bank Partners and meet BAU requirements.
• Collaborate with Travel Agents to support daily requests for Travel Insurance services.
• Manage project timelines according to Partner expectations.
• Assist with administrative processes, product purchasing, and reporting for Direct business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities
