1. Maintain and manage communication channels with partners.
2. Assist partners in resolving any communication-related issues.
3. Maintain partners' expectations on delivering matters.
4. Represent StickEarn professionally in all partner interactions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in customer relations or service will be an advantage.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
5. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
6. This position will be located in Yogyakarta.
