Responsibilities:

1. Provide training & re-training for Mekari product & sales related skill
2. Provide Mekari features updates for partners
3. Maintain partner involvement on client health
4. Help assist on the technical questions/problems
5. Gather partner feedback to improve product features for partner collaboration

Requirements:

1. Having an agile understanding of SaaS Industry
2. Has prior knowledge of ERP system/Omnichannel-CRM/Accounting (depends on product applied for)
3. Has excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Has the ability to build relationships & collaborate with others
5. Able to learn fast and is eager to learn
6. Proficiency in processing data using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
