About the role

Reporting to the Academic Programme Director, this part-time lecturer role at Raffles Jakarta will focus on teaching Artificial Intelligence to tertiary-level students. As a specialist in this field, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality education and preparing the next generation of AI experts. This is a part-time position with flexibility to work remotely or on-campus as needed.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and delivering engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops on Artificial Intelligence and related topics
• Developing course materials, lesson plans, and assessments to ensure students achieve the desired learning outcomes
• Providing academic guidance and support to students, including answering questions, offering feedback, and monitoring progress
• Collaborating with the academic team to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methods
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and incorporating them into your teaching

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate qualifications in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
• Preferably teaching experience at the tertiary level, preferably in the area of Artificial Intelligence
• Excellent technical knowledge and expertise in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to students
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success
• Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team and adapt to changing needs
