About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time English Teacher to join our team at Active English in the Ubud/Gianyar area of Bali. As a part-time role, this position offers the flexibility to work around your existing commitments while contributing to the English language education of our students and clients.

Role Description

This is a part-time English Teacher role based in Ubud/Gianyar Area, Bali, Indonesia. The English Teacher will be responsible for:

• Performing teacher administrative duties
• Preparing lessons, tests, and class reports
• Teaching private lessons and corporate classes
• Conducting written and spoken placement tests
• Teaching English to kids and adults from various nationalities
• Communicating with students, parents, clients, and fellow teachers

This role requires on-site presence for classes.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching both kids and adults
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an English teacher
• Bachelor's degree (in English/English Education is preferred)
• Can operate Microsoft Office and perform administrative tasks by system
• Must live in Ubud/Gianyar area, can commute to Ubud and Gianyar (Bali) areas
• Passionate about teaching and learning, dynamic, can work individually and in a team
