Job Description

1. Assist in legal administrative matters including but not limited to document filing, preparing and submission of litigation and intellectual property supporting documents and/or recording of legal data;
2. Prepare regulatory update and ensure the fulfilment of legal compliance;
3. Prepare and/or review draft agreement with business partners and/or vendors;
4. Conduct legal research to ensure that the legal team provides sound legal advice for any legal issues or queries raised by stakeholders;
5. Attend administrative request raised by stakeholders (i.e. signature requests, document request, etc.);
6. Assist in the submission and monitoring of invoices.

Requirements

1. Holds a law degree from a reputable university.
2. Previously worked at a reputable law firm or multinational corporation as a member of legal team.
3. Minimum (i) 2 years of active working experience in company; or (ii) 1 year of active working experience in law firm.
4. Has excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
5. Meticulous document-keeping and tracking.
6. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
7. Can work independently with minimum supervision.
