Job description

The candidate is required to demonstrate sensible business acumen to plan sales campaigns & activation, as well as the necessary technical skill sets: data crunching, campaign performance analysis, and marketing tools usage such as but not limited to: Well knowledge of optimization and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.). Relevant experience within fintech and/or P2P companies will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Running and overseeing overall paid channel performance campaigns.
  • Creating & optimizing Google Ad campaigns (SEM).
  • Creating & optimizing Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads).
  • Regularly reviewing and optimizing all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS (Return of Ads Spend).
  • Supervising the paid listings on third-party websites and media partners.
  • Supervising all performance tracking and measuring all marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly reviewing paid channel analytics reports and recommending optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics tools for generating insights.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend.
  • Self-driven.
  • Degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent.
  • Past relevant experience in the Financial industry/fintech is highly valued.

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Detail-oriented without missing the big picture.
  • Able to process, synthesize, and derive actionable conclusions from big data.
  • Excellent project management skills and keeping on top of matters, including data crunching and generating data-driven business recommendations.
  • Sensible business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset; performance marketing and/or product marketing strategy experience a plus.
  • Able to become an excellent individual contributor as well as a reliable team player.
  • Excellent relational ability; stakeholder management aptitude from mid to senior level across divisions and functions.
