OUTSOURCING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management and execution of Human Resource of outsourcing employees.
2. Responsible for daily management of employees' contracts, recruitment, claims, and invoice settlement.
3. Responsible for daily communication and coordination with customers.
4. Responsible for every change and new regulations in outsourcing employee management and explain to the employees.
5. Coordinate and solve problems encountered within outsourcing employees/customers and the company.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above.
2. Experience handling an outsourcing company with manpower around 200 persons.
3. Aged between 30-50 years old.
4. Able to read and write Mandarin would be an advantage.
5. Experience in telecommunication management outsourcing is preferred.
