Organizational Development Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Organizational Development Assistant Manager to lead and facilitate the transformation of our organization’s structure, processes, and culture. This critical role is designed for an individual who is eager to learn, dedicated, and passionate about driving change. The successful candidate will be a key member of the transformation team, working collaboratively to create an adaptive, high-performance culture aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  1. Develop and implement systems related to management and organizational development, including organizational design, structure, job analysis, job evaluation, performance appraisal, competency mapping, competency dictionary, and people development.
  2. Lead change management initiatives, including creating and executing communication plans to ensure the smooth implementation of organizational changes, growth, and cultural transformation.
  3. Conduct comprehensive job assessments to define roles, responsibilities, and the framework for rewards and consequences.
  4. Collaborate closely with leadership to optimize HR processes and drive performance improvement across the organization.
  5. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development topics, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  6. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in organizational development, and implement relevant strategies and interventions.
  7. Work with external consultants and vendors as necessary to support organizational development projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development or a related field.
  3. Experience in analyzing and developing organizational structures to align with business goals.
  4. Proficiency with digital HR tools (e.g., HRIS, LMS, performance management systems) to optimize HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
  5. Proficiency in conducting job analyses, creating detailed job descriptions, and establishing job grading systems.
  6. Experience in implementing performance appraisal systems and identifying opportunities for organizational improvement.
  7. Prior experience as a transformation agent in a listed company is highly desirable.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  10. Experience working in a diverse, multicultural environment is an advantage.
