About the Job:

As an Organization Development Officer at Eigerindo MPI, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and evaluate organizational development strategy, and Strategic Workforce Planning that enhance the overall effectiveness and growth of the company. Manage performance management system (PMS), Job Design (Job Analysis, Job Description), and create standards of performance evaluation instruments. You will work closely with blessing leaders and various departments to identify development needs, streamline processes, and cultivate a thriving organizational culture.

What you will Need to Succeed :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 3 years experience in organizational development, change management, or a similar role.
• Able to use various apps (Excel-Pivot-Macro, Tableau, Visio, SQL Query)
• Good interpersonal, excellent communication skills with Leaders
• Strong understanding of Performance Management System, cascading and its review cycle, 
• Familiar with Sunfish/Greatday, WLA, FTE, Change Management, Job Evaluation (Mercer/Hayy), Job Grading, Workforce Planning.
