Oracle Database Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, analyze and troubleshoot in database
2. Perform backup, migration, or switchover database
3. Responsible for the performance tuning, integrity and security of a database.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with production of Oracle Database operations.
2. A bachelor's degree in computer science strongly preferred
3. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
4. Fluency in SQL
5. Passion for learning about database
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Understanding of data analytics is a plus
8. Certification related to Oracle is preferred
9. Familiarity with scripting languages (Shell).
10. Knowledge and implementation experience with high availability solutions like Oracle OGG and RAC
