Operator - Filling

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow & comply with company policies. Ensure all HSSE protocols and regulations are followed during operation in LOBP Area, including avoiding any activity that can harm people or the environment.
• Operate Filling Lines (non-bulk & bulk loading line) in accordance with the Production Plan and LQS/GQS requirements, including setting up and preparing machines for operation, ensuring proper working condition.
• Conduct regular quality inspections as per LQS Standard. Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure filling and associated equipment availability is optimized.
• Perform basic troubleshooting (level 1) of filling machine equipment.
• Be familiar with potential hazards in the workplace (including Quality hazard, Environmental Hazard, and Safety Hazard), how to mitigate the risk, and report any incidents, potential incidents, and near misses through the proper channel in a timely manner.
• Perform 5S activities in the workplace.
• Perform waste segregation (between organic, non-B3, and B3) and flush oil handling in the filling area.

Work Environment:

• Working on a shift roster (2 shift/3 shift) which may potentially extend to long shift mode, requiring good fatigue management.
• Environment with heat and noise hazards which require high safety precautions.
• Environment with Forklift movement operations.
• Exposed to working at height when filling for bulk products.
• Exposed to manual handling processes.
