Operator Call - Hospital

Handle patient inquiries via telephone, email, or social media in a polite and professional manner.

Resolve patient issues quickly and efficiently.

Provide information on products, services, and company policies to patients.

Build good relationships with customers and increase patient satisfaction.

Perform administrative tasks related to customer service.

Provide feedback and suggestions to management for customer service improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in all majors.

Having a medical and pharmaceutical background will be prioritized.

Able and active in communicating in English.

Patient service oriented.

Have good communication skills.
