About Our Client

Our client is a storage terminal operator, responsible for managing facilities that store and handle their product. They oversee the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and transfer of these products, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and environmental compliance.

Job Description

• Optimize Terminal Operations: Ensure all operations are efficient and aligned with company goals.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and manage operations staff, ensuring training and development.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety rules, regulations, and the company's quality system.
• Emergency Response: Act as Deputy Site Main Controller for emergency situations, coordinating with senior officers and management.
• Day-to-Day Management: Oversee daily operational activities, including maintenance, monitoring equipment, and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Petroleum).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a liquid bulk terminal or related field.
• Strong knowledge of terminal operations and international standards (ISO, OSHAS, API, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to be stationed on site.
