As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our production processes. This is a key leadership role, ensuring that manufacturing runs smoothly, efficiently, and with strict adherence to our quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the factory, ensuring smooth production flow and efficiency.
2. Implement and maintain high-quality standards across all production processes.
3. Manage and coordinate production schedules, ensuring deadlines and delivery commitments are met.
4. Monitor inventory, raw materials, and supply chain processes to prevent shortages and delays.
5. Lead, train, and motivate factory teams to maintain productivity and quality benchmarks.
6. Collaborate with product designers, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize workflows.
7. Identify process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace best practices.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of production processes.
2. Proven experience in factory operations management, preferably in wood furniture manufacturing.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and production staff.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
5. Knowledge of quality control systems, lean manufacturing, and efficiency optimization.
6. Experience working with international clients and meeting export quality standards is a plus.
7. Strong communication and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work on-site in Central Java, Indonesia.
