operations manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Socio Space, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Supervise and coordinate staff across various departments (bar, kitchen, service, cashier).
• Ensure all operational procedures adhere to F&B industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and improve operational workflows for efficiency and quality assurance.
• Analyze business performance metrics, generate reports, and implement improvement strategies.
• Conduct regular training sessions to maintain service excellence and employee development.
• Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of materials.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met throughout the space.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Manager in any industry (experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred).
• Strong background in Operations Management, Project Management, and Leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational optimization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with F&B industry standards, regulations, and customer service best practices.
