Operations Manager

Develop and implement safety and quality guidelines in the operational work area.

Coordinate and align cooperation with both external parties and other internal functions within the organization to achieve company targets.

Formulate and develop operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with their implementation and enforce discipline throughout the work area.

Supervise the activities of receiving goods, storing goods (daily IRA), and the goods ordering process which includes picking, packing, and preparing for shipping (coordinating with couriers/transportation parties).

Conduct operational reviews and provide periodic operational reports to management, and take corrective actions if necessary.

Develop operational organizations and manage dynamic teams consisting of warehouse managers, supervisors, warehouse staff, including daily workers.

Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees.

Periodic inspections of infrastructure fulfillment, operational risk assessments, and development of the most effective and efficient warehouse layout.

Tracking the performance of the operational team and ensuring that rewards & punishments are running smoothly.

Ensuring customer satisfaction both internally and externally.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any major with GPA min. 3.00 from 4.00.

Having experience min. 5 Years as Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager/Logistic Manager.

Having good resilience, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Having deep analytical thinking and hunger for targets.

Having good leadership competencies (Change Management, Vision & Goal Settings, Time Management).

Can manage properly all parts in Warehouse.

Willing to work from East Jakarta.
