Working Location:

Position: Operations & Costing Controller

Job Description:

• Monitor and analyze OEE system data for accurate tracking and reporting
• Implement production control plans to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Track and analyze product cards and time trackers for labor and process costing
• Improve production systems/software, ensuring integration with financial reporting
• Analyze machine utilization and cost structures in manufacturing operations
• Validate Product Cost Breakdowns (PCBDs) for pricing accuracy
• Provide financial insights to support cost transparency and efficiency
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost optimization strategies
• Prepare and present periodic production and financial reports for management review
• Assist in reporting on cost accounting and production efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Mold Shop, Finance, and Management) to improve cost transparency
• Support forecasting activities related to material planning and capacity utilization

Requirements:

• Degree in Controlling, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Economics
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing controlling, cost accounting, or operations finance
• Strong understanding of OEE, cost structures, and production KPIs.
• Familiar with ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
