Operations and Growth Associate | Hybrid Remote WFH within Bali | $1k-$2k USD per month | D2C Brands & E-Commerce

We’re building a fast-growing portfolio of cool D2C brands in sustainability, wellness, and lifestyle:

• Ethical Bedding (luxury bedding)

• Moongreens (longevity supplements)

• Wild Hue (natural dyes, B2B textiles)

• Origins (eco-luxury villas in Bali)

We move fast, stay lean, and focus on outcomes over effort. Now, we need another high-output operator to join our team.

The Role

You’ll be hands-on, managing operations, social media, content, and projects across multiple brands.

This is for someone early in their career, looking to step up fast and own big outcomes. Perfect for a business/marketing grad or someone ready for a career pivot, ideally Bali-based.

Who You Are

• 1-3 years’ experience in ops, eCommerce, or marketing - or just high-agency + hungry

• Obsessed with getting things done

• Organised + creative: love systems, but enjoy creating

• Ready to relocate to Bali (or already here)

• Interested in sustainability, wellness, and digital brands

What You’ll Do

• Manage social media posting + engagement (multi channel / brand)

• Assist with content creation + editing

• Handle influencer + affiliate outreach

• Execute email / SMS campaigns (Klaviyo)

• Support ad hoc projects: launches, events, partnerships

• Help build SOPs + streamline processes

• Manage elements of our B2B / wholesale growth

• On the ground for Ethical Bedding expansion into Bai & SE Asia

• Contribute to fun projects - content shoots, events, podcasts, etc

What You’ll Get
