Operations & Accounts Clerk/Officer

Job Description

  1. Responsible to prepare, process & generate purchase orders and update costing.
  2. Update weekly and monthly stock.
  3. Handle admin tasks and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Provide sales coordination support to Sales team such as issue and check invoice, debit and credit note.
  5. Coordinate delivery schedule.
  6. Monitor customer & supplier payments.
  7. Perform ad-hoc tasks when required by superior.
  8. Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
  9. No prior work experience required if Diploma and above, 2 years experience if SPM.
