Operational Manager/ Restaurant Manager/ Store Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant management, including staffing, customer service, financial management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
2. Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures
3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance and increase revenue, such as promotions, special events, and menu changes
4. Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
7. Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting
8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners
9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
10. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety and liquor licensing requirements

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
2. 1-2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (will be priority)
3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer relations
6. Knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss analysis
7. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
9. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
10. Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus
