Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree from any major.
2. Have 3-5 years experience as leader at logistic or ecommerce industry.
3. Have good critical thinking, judgement, decision making and problem solving skills as part of ability to connect the dots based on data.
4. Able to work independently and good team player.
5. Ability to collaborate and work according to company targets.
6. Ability to assess, make decision, and provide solid recommendation based on business condition, data and analysis.
7. Startup culture fit: easy to learn and eager to adapt.

Job Descriptions:

1. Handling & Control all aspects about 3PL.
2. Communicate with 3PL for several issues in the operation and contract.
3. Review performance 3PL about operation issue and any case in the field (biweekly and monthly).
4. Fostering strong relationships with any 3PL.
5. Work closely with operation and commercial to achieve the goals.
6. Evaluate the performance of each 3PL and proactively identify problems to improve efficiency and propose solutions.
