Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data analysis and metrics to assess current performance, identify trends, and develop insights that inform improvement projects.
  • Work closely with departments such as production, logistics, customer service, and quality assurance to align on improvement initiatives and implement changes.
  • Train teams on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure successful adoption of improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
  • Create comprehensive reports on improvement project outcomes, including progress updates, achieved efficiencies, and areas for further optimization.
  • Address operational issues as they arise, conducting root cause analysis to develop and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or process optimization, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to drive performance insights.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams and present findings to leadership.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational inefficiencies.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, workflow analysis, and best practices in continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with change management and team engagement to support new process adoption.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
