Job Description

1. Leadership: Provide strategic direction and effective leadership across all dealership departments, including service, parts, and finance. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
2. Customer Experience: Ensure a superior customer experience by establishing and maintaining high service standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
3. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day dealership operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. Identify opportunities for process improvements.
4. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial performance, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency. Work closely with finance to maintain financial health.

Requirements

1. Indonesian talent with minimum 15 years experience in Automotive Industry
2. Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Engineering background is preferred
3. Experience in handling big numbers of branch office
