Job Description Summary:

Support the BU CFOs in all finance matters end-to-end. Together with the BU heads, manage performance and steer business.

Job Description:

• Ensure smooth coordination with other Finance teams within the CFO and outside the CFO organization.
• Act as a counselor for finance matters and help prioritize and set up BUs needs.
• Consolidate and provide analysis on product costing across refineries. Ensure efficient refinery-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Review and analyze financial and operational performance of refineries regularly and ensure regular discussions take place.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement steps for refineries.
• Review major investments, major disposals, or strategic business decisions (Capex feasibility studies) from a Finance perspective.
• Provide recommendations and initiatives to improve cost efficiencies, productivity, and controls for refineries. Ensure appropriate controls are implemented during the procurement process (e.g., proper QCF, effective price comparisons) and physical inventory and fixed asset monitoring process.
• Ensure effective operations control measures are in place across units.
• Monitor overall controls and compliance with policies/SOPs in each refinery.

Job Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of working experience as an Operation Controller in a Palm Oil Refinery.
• Experience as an internal auditor from KAP.
• Detail-oriented and good analytical thinking skills.
• Fluent in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery.
