Operation Associate

Responsibilities:

• Support operational and supply chain activities, ensuring smooth procurement, warehouse management, inventory control, production, and R&D processes.
• Track and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare and optimize operations processes, including process mapping and business process improvements.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and align with business objectives.
• Analyze and manage operational expansion efforts, including feasibility studies and cost analysis for new production sites or scaling initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Technology, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment.
• Exposure to operations, especially in production, R&D, and business expansion.
• Experience in the F&B or consumer products industry is preferred.
• Strong skills in project management and operational excellence.
• Highly adaptable, agile, and eager to learn.
• Strong work ethic with a proven ability to collaborate in teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks.
