Operation Assistant - ID

1. Review system orders against platform promotions to ensure that free gifts align with the current campaign details.
2. Monitor order grabbing and dispatching systems to ensure stability, and promptly follow up on any shipping anomalies.
3. Track product sales and inventory levels, and perform data analysis and reporting.
4. Replenish and prepare stock for various materials as needed.
5. Conduct discrepancy checks on all platform order accounts.

Requirements:

1. Education: Associate degree or higher;
2. Possess communication skills in Chinese or English;
3. Experience in e-commerce back-end/warehousing/finance;
4. Shopping experience on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok;
5. Familiar with the return and exchange rules of platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok;
6. Strong communication and execution skills, meticulous work ethic, sense of responsibility, and team spirit;
7. Basic accounting knowledge is preferred;
8. Proficient in basic operations of Office software such as Excel and Word.
