Description
• Assist in the analysis of Operational Business Processes and Workflows to identify automation and efficiency potential.
• Assist in measuring operational metrics, data collection, and root cause analysis.
• Build and maintain operational metrics dashboards for stakeholders.
• Perform analysis and enhance dashboards to generate better insights for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain simple Excel/spreadsheet tools to help improve operational efficiencies.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information System, Management, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field (Process Improvement/Excellence, Continuous Improvement).
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Office features (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Whimsical, Draw.io) is a plus.
• Experience with BigQuery and Spreadsheet integration is a plus.
