What You’ll Do:

• Support customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS
• Process transactions, refunds, and order adjustments
• Provide product recommendations and cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain customer records and insights

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or e-commerce
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work remotely
