About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at PT QULANG TRADE INDONESIA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various digital channels. Working from our office in Teluknaga Banten, you will be the friendly face and voice of our brand, ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via live chat (Shopee, TikTok), and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and tailored solutions to address customer needs
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
  • Contributing to the development of customer service processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
