About the role

We are seeking an experienced Online Campaign Designer and Programmer to join our team at PT. Cahaya Cellive Indonesia, a leading Healthcare company based in BSD, Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging online marketing campaigns that drive results for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and design visually appealing and responsive digital campaign assets including banners, landing pages, social media graphics, and email templates
• Develop and integrate interactive campaign elements such as forms, animations, and dynamic content
• Optimise campaign assets for performance and user experience across various digital platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client objectives and translate them into effective campaign strategies
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital marketing industry

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in web design and digital campaign development
• Familiar with online store web design, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp marketing campaign
• Excellent creative and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
• A portfolio showcasing your previous work in digital campaign design and development
