Oil Loss Controller

PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) is one of the world's Oleochemical Companies located in Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Kabupaten Simalungun, North Sumatera, welcoming high caliber individuals to join our team as an Oil Loss Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing bulk product traffic activities have official documents and report any activities that do not have documents.
• Support/Control oil receiving and disbursing activities and ensure that sounding/weighing results show no losses.
• Ensure that all equipment/facilities are suitable for use in operations, avoiding damage due to uncontrolled service life.
• Report on the movement from the beginning to the end of activities, both internal and external, regularly and evaluate necessary actions.
• Assist in conducting cross-check sounding before shipping at the port.
• Report the status of oil conditions, both in quality and quantity, to superiors.
• Check the condition of each Inlet and Outlet path before and after the loading process to ensure that there are no work sequence errors (preventing contamination and oil loss).
• Control the Seal and Record process on each UOI Tank on the Outlet line and ensure the valve is in a properly locked condition and make a seal report until the time of delivery.
• Ensure that after tank cleaning is carried out, there is no leaking equipment.
• Carry out the implementation of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, RSPO).
• Maintain and keep all work equipment and environmental cleanliness at the location of the tank farm.
• Run an Integrated Management System, Safety Management Process, Halal Assurance System, and other systems that apply in the company.
• Carry out other work tasks ordered by superiors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Related experience (min. 1 year) as tank farm/operator logistics.
• Familiar with product Hydrogenation and oleochemical.
• Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind.
• Smart in calculating and critical.
• Understand and be able to calculate the volume of the sounding tank contents.
• Understand and be able to make work reports.
• Understand the types of products produced downstream.
• Preference will be given to those who can operate a computer.
