Offline Sales Supervisor

Description

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead the daily operations of the offline sales team across multiple store locations.
2. Monitor store performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to management.
3. Manage inventory levels, oversee product displays, and maintain the overall visual standards of the store.
4. Ensure the retail team delivers high-quality customer service and addresses customer inquiries or issues effectively.
5. Train, mentor, and support the professional development of the sales team.
6. Handle offline events/bazaars.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in offline sales or retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
3. Solid understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
6. Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
