For over 7 years we have been developing education in the children's segment but around the world. One of our main goals is to help children find themselves in digital and IT spheres.

Algorithmics is among the top largest EdTech companies in Europe, we are growing intensively from year to year and have no plans to stop.

We are looking for a talented Offline Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing offline marketing strategies in Indonesia. And the most important thing - you will coordinate promoters and work with them.
If you are familiar with the local market and have experience working with various offline channels, we would love to have you join our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute advertising campaigns using flyers.
2. Coordinate the work of promoters.
3. Organize and manage events to promote the brand.
4. Work with radio and television for ad placements.
5. Manage advertising on Google Maps and GIS platforms.
6. Analyze and respond to customer feedback on various platforms.
7. Collaborate with local partners to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

1. Experience in offline marketing.
2. Experience with promoters.
3. Deep understanding of the Indonesian market and its specifics.
4. Creativity and ability to develop unique marketing strategies.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
6. Ability to analyze campaign results and make necessary adjustments.
