Offline Equipment Deployment Channel Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Offline Equipment Deployment Channel Manager to lead venue partnerships, oversee equipment deployment, and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, project management experience, and deep industry knowledge in areas such as power banks, claw machines, and arcade games.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and evaluate potential venues (e.g., malls, transit hubs, hotels) for equipment deployment.

2. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including rental fees, revenue-sharing models, and placement strategies.

3. Plan and oversee the installation of equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with venue requirements.

4. Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure operational stability.

5. Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., rental rates, revenue) and optimize deployment strategies accordingly.

6. Lead and train the deployment team, improving productivity and execution efficiency.

7. Work closely with internal teams (marketing for promotions, finance for settlements) to align operational goals.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

9. Adapt deployment strategies to enhance market share and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish partnerships with various venues (e.g., malls, restaurants, cinemas).

2. Proven ability to organize and manage equipment deployment projects from start to finish.

3. Familiarity with operational models, market trends, and maintenance requirements in industries such as power banks, claw machines, and arcade games.

4. Experience in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to enhance efficiency and productivity.
