Responsibilities:

In this role, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

1. Perform functions related to human resources activities including recruitment and selection, training and development, remuneration, etc.
2. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
3. Provide counselling on policies and procedures to employees.
4. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
5. Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
6. If required, assist in the development of training and development programs.
7. Assist in performance management processes.
8. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
9. Maintain employee records (attendance, personal information, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
10. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications:

1. A degree in the related job field.
2. 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
3. Willing to relocate to the job location.
