Responsible for coordinating administration and/or documentation of any activities in the Aviation Security Department, to ensure all documentation is stored in the proper place and managed according to the defined processes.

Functional Duties
To store and secure data as follows:
To control and ensure the use of inventory items of the Aviation Security Department.
To assist with administration tasks for a Head of Aviation Security.
Coordinate with Aviation Security Divisions: Operations, Quality Assurance, Investigation, Standard, and Training, related to the database in their duties.
Organize Purchasing Orders and Purchasing Requisitions for all Divisions in the Aviation Security Department.
To manage the Cash Advance processes for the Aviation Security Department.
To assist in Aviation Security personnel duty travel process: flight, accommodation, and ground transportation.
To help with budget monitoring for the Aviation Security Department.
Role Duties
Follow working procedures and ensure SOPs compliance.
Maintain good governance at all times of administration processes.
Support the Company Security programs.
Maintain the Company’s standards as an Allstars.

Merits
Minimum working experience:
Minimum of two years of working experience in the Security field or equivalent (external or internal).
Education:
Minimum diploma in any related field, or from a fresh graduate education.
Has experience in Aviation Security roles.
Professional qualifications:
Have a Valid License (SKP) and Basic Aviation Security approved by DGCA.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Training required for the position (if any):
Modern Office Administration.
Security Management System.
Basic Aviation Security.
