PT. ARMADA GEMA NUSANTARA (PT. AGN) is a subsidiary Company of Bumi Armada, an international company based in Malaysia. We have been awarded a long-term contract for operating (FPSO) Floating Production, Storage and Offloading to support gas development located in Madura, Indonesia.

OFFICE ASSISTANT & DISPATCHER - BASE IN SURABAYA

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for maintaining working areas and the offices in a clean and neat manner.
  2. Delivering important documents to required destinations.
  3. Arranges for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
  4. Perform the company-assigned role as the company’s Onshore Land Transportation Coordinator (Dispatcher) and communicate actively with the company-assigned drivers.
  5. Ensure vehicle and driver verification have been conducted prior to any company business land travel.
  6. Monitor drivers' compliance with company’s Safe Driving and Transportation Procedure.
  7. Maintain complete records of driver and vehicle inspection documents as well as Land Travel Plan (when required as per company procedure).
  8. Provide safe, efficient and effective inventory management and materials coordination function on the facilities as per company standard operating procedure.
  9. Record transportation, control, tracking, and handling of all materials, supplies, packages, systems, and equipment of the work as per Company's procedures.
  10. Be the single point of contact in terms of material flow between all offshore facility departments and the onshore supply department and facilitate the accurate and detailed transfer of information.
  11. Keep logs and records of all incoming/outgoing materials and equipment.
  12. Carry out checks on received goods.
  13. Follow up on any deficiencies found regarding suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma degree in any major.
  • Relevant experience in similar work minimum 2-3 years.
  • Good command of Bahasa Indonesia (preferably English).
  • Good PC skills particularly with office software.
  • Able to manage numerous deliverables effectively and willing to work overtime as required.
  • A team player who demonstrates good interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Have a good personality, diligent, trustworthy & energetic.
