Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations within the office, support staff, and contribute to the overall efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP).
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
