Odoo Consulting Branch Manager (Surabaya)

Position Overview:
As the Director for Surabaya region, you will be a pivotal force in defining and executing the strategic vision for our client's operations in the region. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you will play a key role in overseeing operations, cultivating client relationships, and fostering business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
   Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and execute strategic goals tailored for the Surabaya region.
   Provide strategic insights to enhance market presence and drive sustainable growth.
2. Operational Excellence:
   Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure operational efficiency and uphold service excellence.
   Implement operational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Client Engagement:
   Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in Surabaya, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
   Lead client engagement initiatives and contribute to business development efforts.
4. Team Leadership:
   Lead and inspire the Surabaya team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
   Drive employee engagement, professional development, and talent acquisition.
5. Business Development:
   Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Surabaya region.
   Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
6. Partnership Management:
   Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including Odoo, to enhance collaboration and business success.
   Represent the company in industry events and forums.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience, preferably within the Odoo ecosystem.

• In-depth knowledge of Odoo/other ERP solutions.
