Responsible for creating standards and developing Online and Offline Promotion marketing strategies for all projects in the Retail Dept and coordinating with multiple parties to oversee the program and achieve expected results.
Manage the operation of social platforms, including content and event planning, KOL cooperation, creative production, advertisement placement, and user communication, to improve the brand's online activation and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess performance and optimize user experience in both offline and online promotions.
Create and maintain a timeline calendar to deliver targeted promotions per area.
Plan and manage promotional budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for both online and offline promotions while maximizing results.
Monitor online and offline promotions and report on the progress and achievement of target sell-out products.
Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends to inform future promotion plans.
Coordinate with areas to execute plans according to the promotional agenda.
Ensure that all promotional materials align with the company’s brand identity and messaging, maintaining a consistent tone, look, and feel across all channels.
Engage with local communities, clubs, or organizations to build brand presence and loyalty through online and offline events, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Recruitment Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand activation, promotion, event organization, or similar, preferably in retail, automotive, or gadget sectors.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices for content production, with the ability to cooperate with platforms, external vendors, KOLs, and content production teams to produce quality content.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software is a plus.
Experience with SEO and SEM strategies and keyword research.
Excellent resource coordination and project management skills, able to work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to communicate in English, with a certain degree of Mandarin communication ability preferred.
