NOC Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Availability and Performance of the Network
2. Provide Technical Support and Problem Resolution
3. Manage the NOC Team and Enhance Team Competencies
4. Manage the NOC Budget and Resources

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Minimum of 4 years of work experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
3. Additional relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or other network management certifications are a plus
4. Knowledge of network protocols, network device configurations, and network troubleshooting
5. Strong technical skills in network management and troubleshooting
6. Effective leadership and team management skills
7. Proactive attitude and high initiative in identifying and solving problems
