Xiaomi Technology is looking for a new retail intern in two functions:

Operation Specialist Intern

1. Assist operational manager in operation standard setting and making improvement plans for stores with low performance.
2. Track store sales achievements and assist in partner incentives calculation.
3. Assist in managing activity and promotion implementation.

New Retail GTM Intern

1. Assist in target management, sales targets setting, and achieving by category; follow up on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
2. Assist in product management, helping the new retail GTM manager with product planning.
3. Assist in market insight, checking industry changes and competitor actions closely.

2. Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred.
