Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product development, market research, or marketing in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of market research, consumer trends, and competitor analysis.
Basic knowledge of the product development process, including formulation and packaging.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills (R&D, marketing, and production).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and market data analysis tools.
